The problem
Residential community operators run their front office across a dozen disconnected tools: a phone line nobody answers after 5pm, a website with no capture, review pages going stale, maintenance requests on sticky notes, and social accounts that post when someone remembers. Every one of those is a separate vendor with separate billing and no shared knowledge of the property.
What we built
- Multi-tenant platform with tenant isolation enforced per-property in code, not by a role flag
- AI voice line per community, with per-community disclosure and a language selection gate
- Website chatbot sharing one Community Profile as the single source of truth with the voice agent
- Maintenance intake with visit scheduling and resident SMS notification
- Google Business Profile review management with automated responses
- Social publishing with image dedupe, plus a native direct-to-Facebook publisher
- Per-state rent-alert cadence builder built as configuration and compliance, deliberately with no sender
- CRM and property-system integrations, including per-account OAuth
- Team seats scoped to specific communities and features
- Weekly encrypted off-platform backups with a rehearsed restore drill
